Someone explain to me the griffith part. Is it a flashback just for the game or something? All that happens in the manga is that guts and the gang go into the cave looking for casca and farnese- slan appears- kills her- then the grunbeld fight. Is this a flashback to the hill of swords stuff, right before guts left the band of the hawk for the first time, or just his imagination?

The fight at the beginning of this video isn't in the manga either, but it makes sense at least.

The one thing that bothers me about Berserk besides some of the obvious thing was Griffith making the sacrifice and raping Casca seems in and out of character.

In character because crippled by insanity and torn body and knowing that he was useless in everyway now makes sense. Out of character because Griffith thought no one had to right to rape despite their status and Griffith never wanted to sacrifice thousands of people for his goal because he saw it as too big a loss.

@SkyExplosion You're forgetting that, at that point, Griffith had transformed into a member of the God Hand and therefore renounced his human heart. He was no longer a human but a dark lord, driven by nothing than his 'Self'. He raped Casca as a final parting shot at Guts.

if they were to release another game, i hate to say but it will have to be for the Wii system. either that or they release a type of control similar to the nun-chucks for PS3 and 360, cuz i would prefer to play berserk with some wrist movement than tapping buttons. dont anyone agree?

@KageDarkAngel It's ok. I don't think it would be very fun if you weren't a Berserk fan. The dragon slayer works well for hoards of jobber enemies, but fighting single bosses is sometimes annoying because it's hard to aim Guts. Also, if you do a lot of counters, it's boring cause you usually end up seeing the same 1 or 2 counters over and over.
