And this "legal expert"--who is not a lawyer--can only drone on and on about how it's legal to kill him, without mentioning this central fact. Furthermore, when Wittes recites all the things that "we know" al-Awlaki supposedly did, ask yourself "when was this fact proven before a neutral trier of fact?"
