I think the only thing that would make the video better is if the mouth on the goldfish cracker bag was centered right on the fish's mouth. It would be smaller but would be funny to see the fish singing.

how do you get the mouths on the video and also how do you get them to move?! whats the program i have after effects

I was using Final Cut Pro 6 at the school.

For the mouths I created a couple of different shapes in Adobe Photoshop, imported them into Final Cut, and then played with the scaling.

I got the jars to move by doing stop motion animation, which is basically a lengthy process of taking a picture, moving the object(s) a tiny bit, and repeat.

I didn't use a program to make the stop animation, I used my camera. I set up the jars, recorded for a couple of seconds, then moved the jars a tiny bit, and then recorded for another couple of seconds. After importing into Final Cut I sped up the video to make their motion smoother.

I don't have any tutorials. Although I was using Final Cut, the same principles should apply to After Effects and Premier. What I did was set the "mouth" over a character, and followed the singing with my ears. When the notes/sounds indicated that the mouth needed to be wider, I scaled it up and added a keyframe. When they indicated the mouth needed to be narrow, I scaled down, and added a keyframe. I also watched myself singing the song so I could see when my mouth was open wide or narrow.
