next time you ramp a clip in after effects, in "composition settings', add a few seconds to the duration. once the ramp is finished, drag the clip a little bit so that it displays the few seconds that were cut off :)

@NJskate08106 well it depends how you look at it. if u say varial kickflip 180, it cld be a varial kickflip, catch, then 180 (bigflip) or it could be varial kickflip, then your body does a 180, which would be a backside flip. so really nobody was wrong you were just looking at it from different angles

You ramped this in after effects right? Ok I think I can help you with the bigflip being cut off, I used to have the same problem. After you're done ramping on the map, go back to where you can see the bars of the clips, and drag the footage out. If you don't understand what I'm saying, message me and I'll try to help more.
