@123Gh0st people nowadays. This is clearly fake, but wether it's a retro or not it could be or not. Certain hotels still had the windows, for example UK hotel was 07 or 08 it still had frozen cloud windows. Habbo US had the animated version before that though, it depends on the hotel.
