  • NEW VIDEO WANTED!!!

  • great videos bro !!! I have a fitness gym, and I take some routines from your videos..thanks for share !!! and stay focus :)

  • UPLOAD MORE VIDEOS :(

  • U dead?

  • is it possible to take off the fats from the arm? next to the biceps and triceps. because i have heared that as much as you try that is something that will always be there no matter how much exercise you make and how much weight you loose, can you recomend any exercise or video that explains?

  • @miguelsaez340 just lose weight and you'll see that cut there also you need muscle to balance it out

  • David, Love the information you provide! I have been into fitness for about two years now, still learning more everyday! A lot of what you say is what many other highly educated people in the health and fitness industry say. I've watched all your videos. You know your stuff man. You should get a small HD vado camera or something for 60 bucks and go out to the beach or MTNs, it's always fun to see new locations in peoples videos. Keep it up man!

  • THE DARK KNIGHT RISES TRAILER /watch?v=XH-gcTFqOrg

  • Hey Dave, I have a question for you. Im 17 and im a guy. I weight about 225Ilbs but ive been working out for almost 3 yrs now and i have a good amount of muscle in me. But ive been told that i should drink protein to get more muscle but the thing is im kinda flabby and dont want to gain more weight and i just dont know what to do???

  • @TheJosejose1234 there are many different types of protein supplements out there. you should get the (Natures best, ISOPURE, zero carb) this stuff is great for burning fat and gaining muscle. i take it and i have no fat at all with good lean muscle. I get it from GNC.

  • @CammieGeeh Thanks For the advice i will try it

  • the whole thing about staying natural and what not is literally the smartest thing ive ever heard come out of a trainers mouth and i work at a gym so thats saying something!!! if more people had a mind set like you and taught clients like you do i think a lot more people would be happy and healthy!! you are a true inspiration and your workouts helped me win best bikini body at my gym! and im not even a trainer i just work in the spa!! youre amazing!!!!!!!! i look toned and not bulky!! thank you!

  • Hey Dave, yesterday I started the "Spartacus Workout" that was featured in Men's Health recently. I am planning to do it three times a week as recommended, so I'm due for training tomorrow. However, muscles I didn't even know I had are crying in pain, and I don't know if I'd be able to even complete one circuit of this brutal routine come tomorrow. Do you have any thoughts about this situation?

  • Comment removed

  • Trainer David, do you have any tips or even specific exercises for a girl in her teens who wants to burn fat and tone up, rather than build muscle? I'm not sure if I should be doing these exercises or anything different? thank you!

  • @devon199710 hey there!! im a girl im 18 and these exercises have made me toned and not even the least bit bulky. i feel like a vixtorias secret model!!!! seriously try it out youll be so happy you did!!

  • Trainer David, you're the best. <3 You're not like some mysterious emotionless blogger who just shouts at you to exercise... you just seem so friendly and encouraging and AH you're just awesome! Much love for you and for your vids.

  • Thanks man

  • Do you think wii fit is a good tool for fitness? it's really helped my planks

  • @ninhbac04 P.S. i made a typo on my first coment you replied to, "Anaerobic" was suppost to be "aerobic" just sayin!

  • @ninhbac04 Well, technically it would if you were around, say, 15 or younger. Most people stop puberty at age 21 or so, however, most people stop growing taller around age 18, so, lifting weights and other aerobic exercises are not that big of a threat to your height at age 17. :D

  • Love youre videos! I pick some exercises here and there from youre videos and they help alot. Keep them coming, Thanks man! gr from the Netherlands

  • What's good food to build muscle?

  • Talk about abs please... how can I get em?

  • Hey Again David I was wondering what happened to the nugget video and the fries video cause i was cycling thru them in my workout and cant seem to find them was wondering if you can happen to get them back up please and thank you!

  • Decided I would quit the protein powders the other day because I wanted build muscle naturally from meats etc. Wasn't sure if it was best until you reinforced my decision in this and the last video, Thanks Trainer David keep up the good work brotha!

  • @dennis6843 Professional and inspiring comment :p love ya!!

  • Does anyone else find themselves saying "stay strong, stay safe and stay focused" at the end with him? or is it just me haha

  • I've been working your workouts everyday for the past 3 months and have received satisfactory results! Around February I weighed 220 lb's, and since I've started working out / eating healthier, I've lost 30+ Pounds and I'm now around 190. For a guy who is 6ft tall, that isn't half bad! I want to lose the bad stuff, and replace it with the good! Thank you so much David. You've inspired me to work / better myself physically, and mentally.

  • @Jmurph2012 Well LOOK AT YOU BRO!! THAT AINT BAD AT ALL BROTHER!! VERY PROUD OF YA!!

  • YO TRAINER DAVID! Do you have any suggestions for what fruits and vegetables are best for detoxifying the body, and what exercises are best for getting all the junk out of your body.

  • @DavidsFitness How do I train my neck muscles to deal with G Forces felt in karting, and higher levels of Motorsports. I've been putting weights on my head, sitting back, and lifting my head up and down, then laying on my side, with the weights on the side of my head and moving my head up and down, but I probably look goofy as hell doing it and I don't think it's the most practical way to do it. Do you know other weighs? I personal messaged you. Pleaaase respond. :D

  • He is right about the protein, too much protein and anaerobic exersize stunts growth at adolescent ages.

  • @Logan7x3 right but my family yelled at my brother for lifting heaving weights at 17 but no protein. does lifting heavy weights stunt growth.

  • I swear I saw you in the mavs-heat post game press conference

  • @DavesDig3B Caught me lo jk

  • Also any tips for a Cystic Fybrosis patient? 17 years old. If you know any ways to help put on weight and keep fit? If you know anything about the terminal illness hard to put on weight and very hard to keep fit. Any advice would be tops :D

  • @EmerylolxD inbox me your email

  • Personally I think you are a great advocate for not only changing peoples mind about buying fruitless protein bars and what not and also for the black community , now we see some black people who create bad stereotypes for black people online. Is it because they are black? No. But because they are black people stereotype that one person as a whole and a representative for the black community. You sir are one of the most amazing people that I have ever met, I feel honored to watch your videos.

  • I really appreciate the food advice that you give.

  • Hey Trainer David.. I have a question... Does the type of meal influence wether I gain muscle mass or not? I'm a vegetarian, but I eat eggs, milk, all that stuff, and fish. But other than that i don't eat other kinds of meat, i just eat vegetables in all sorts of combinations.. soups, omlets, etc. Can that influence the way i grow muscle? The thing is I don't know if I get enough protein from vegetables and dairy alone. Please answer this. :)

  • @radulica If you eat fish, you're not a Vegetarian, Fish is an animal, its meat you are eating, there for you're not a vegetarian sorry buddy. Beans have a lot of protein, Lentil beans especially, as do Soy beans. I'm not a vegetarian, I have friends that are though, and they laugh at people who say "I'm a vegetarian but I eat fish", its an oxymoron, my fish eating vegetarian friend.

  • @bob333336 It's called being a Pescetarian.

  • @LadySixthBullet Yes, which is not called Vegetarian.

  • You are awesome!

  • Cool video trainer

  • im 18 and I take a weight gainer on a daily basis and it works for me....

  • that's the worst piece of shit i have ever heard.. seariously

no supplementation.. i can see your point.. but protein is harmless if you can't get enough through your meal, protein powder is great.. and so is creatin

And focusing on BW exercises.. hell NO ..that's just bullshit! heavy compound exersice.....

other than that you are usually GREAT.. but that, that was bullshit bro.

  • @jeppe19941 You obviously don't know the human body do you, oh sad one, stop reading magazines filled with bull and know with body weight you can do heavy compound exercises if you know how to tweak your acute varibles. go do ya home work homie. You just lost ONe lol

  • @jeppe19941 he was addressing males 13-17 in this video. you mad bro?

  • I felt like I was a midget watching this video

  • a lot of healthy food is cheap, what are yall talking about.

hell if you want vegies really cheap dig up some of your yard and plant some beans, tomatoes, potatoes, and squash. They all grow like weeds and when the start yielding a crop you will have trouble eating all they put out. All for a few bucks at walmart or lowes. I would say a 1x10 area per vegie is good enough to feed a one person three times a day if you do it right. PLUS you'll get a work out tilling up the ground for prep.

  • @rayzars Excellent advice, my only thing there is that some people live in a desert and it's practically impossible to get a strong garden going without expensive soil additives and/or LOTS of water

  • @FlameSpartan yea i know, and some people will live in apartments and wont have a yard they can just dig up and plant. But this could be a source of good exercise and healthy food if you can do it

If you only have a balcony to grow on maybe get 1 or 2 1-3 gallon pots and plant something. I would think tomatoes would do best in this environment but beans/squash would be worth trying. potatoes not as much. two big tomato plants put out more tomatoes then one person can eat.

  • Trainer David, Something very useful to people who work out would be to cut down on caffeine, none if possible, under 250mg immediately. Caffeine decreases bone density and impairs fluid balance causing dehydration among other things. You can find useful information on caffeine here: htt p : / / coffeefaq . com/site/caffeine-faq

  • David, fix your sound!

  • WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!! yay :)

  • Excellent advice.

  • 634 of 635 people like this video, thats impressive

  • Trainer David I heard from a friend that is a Nutritionist that I need to detox my body, I've given up soda for a month now, but she says it's not enough, that I need to eat only fruit for a week, and drink only water to clean out my system. What are your thoughts?

  • I need to use protein powder cause at home I don't eat nor am I allowed to eat enough, to get the protein I need in a day. Can't afford to eat all my protein as food.

  • David, you are a gold-mine of honest, direct information. You truly love what you do and it shows when you talk to us. I appreciate everything you offer up to us YouTubers. Keep it up!

  • we luv u dave! lol

  • You deserve it, Trainer David!! All the other people don't have results, and all the ones that DO have results only eat protein powder! :P

  • so ive been hitting the gym for the past 4 months. when i started i was 225 lbs at 6'1. im now 196 lbs but for the past month in a half i have not lost a single pound. my goal isnt to loose weight per say but i want that very elusive 6 pack that i once had 5 years ago. 28 years old now btw. it seems this last id say 10lbs of fat will not burn off. any tips on what i can do to get my body burning this excess fat. awesome vids dave!! keepem coming.

  • david, or anybody else who isnt new to weightlifting. hey, im not new to weightlifting. im having a very frustrating problem. i do weighted dips, i weigh about 167lbs and i put 4 plates on a belt (180lbs) i USED to be able to do 4-6 reps at 90 degrees. now im having a hard time doing the same weight. sometimes i cant even do one rep, but im lucky if i get 3. what gives? ive stopped doing them for 2 weeks to allow for rest. its been 2 months i havent lifted the 4 plates like i used to... :( help?

  • @Ji99i3 Have you cut back on your calories? Is there a new stress in your life? Are you sleeping well and long enough? Recovering from injury?

    XD

the body changes in many ways.

iv'e had to carry a heavy bag when I used to be at school and i hated it for the most part but i look back now and realise my back, shoulders and legs are so much more naturaly stronger than everyone else around my age group.

  • Thanks for all the help Dave eating healthier and following your fitness routines is clearly helping and I love the fact that you instantly after talking about meat mentioned us vegetarians and gave us a good alternative (personally I use milk, peanut butter, the small amount of protein from whole grain products and some tofu for protein). So yeah you deserve to be highest rated thanks for all the help Dave. ps loving the blogs.

  • do a vid for 15 - 17 year old males, please!!!!

  • How do you not get tempted to eat bad stuff? I fall through way to easily, my core meals are always great, but I snack more than I should (usually I eat some sweets or drink a coke every other day, something like that) I try to replace the sweet stuff with fruit and water, and it seems to work , but I always fall though once a week or so. How do I not give into temptation??

  • Keep it up man! Enjoying the vids. I like the "natural as possible" style.

  • really enjoying the videos david, besides the vitamins, you mentioned in the last video can you suggest a daily vitamin i can take that would help speed weight loss?

  • Im really just starting to get into building muscle / losing fat for the holidays really, that i didnt like how i looked with extra parts of my body sticking out that no one wants!! since ive been watching your videos i can already see and feel the difference! so a big thank you and please keep up with these videos and blogs :D

  • David is the best~!

  • david u tell us to eat healthy foods and all that. but what about people with low income? how can they keep up with healthy things when the price of those foods keep going up? i think a vid on that would be really helpful to a lot of ppl

  • @supermegasonic Veg fills you up more. Im on a very low income, very low. and we manage. The ingredients cost more but you get more out of them. Better than the crap you throw in the nuke for 5 minutes. Real food takes more time to prep and make but it does actually work out cheaper than the crappy lonely meals.

  • @supermegasonic If you live near a good butcher, keep the poultry up for proteins (pro-tip - turkey is cheaper than chicken)

Beans (adkuzi, kidney, pinto, black turtle) for carbs and proteins.

Potatoes, polenta, pasta, rices, porridge for carbs.

    Vegetables are all cheap

  • @supermegasonic most processed stuff costs way more than straight out normal food. Fruits and veggies and potatoes and meats are all pretty cheap if you compare it to the processed counterpart

  • @supermegasonic Eat less and eat more healthy, you buy lunch at mcdonaclds for what .. 8 bucks on average, instead eat some carots and celery and a banana (don't buy those prepacked veggies ... ) buy regular veggies, wash them and make urself a salad ... it's actually cheaper to eat healthy but we all like to eat junk from time to time

  • @supermegasonic Buddy, fruits and veg aren't expensive. Meat shouldn't be cheap anyway - eat sparingly, there are many other sources of protein. Just know that organic/any other 'health food' fads does not mean healthy.

I'm a student and I eat plenty healthy. Just be smart

  • @supermegasonic agreed!

  • @supermegasonic i suppose u could get an allotment? Buy a very small strip of land (very small) and grow your own vegetables. It'd pay for itself because you're not having to buy fruit/veg anymore :)

  • @supermegasonic amen

  • @supermegasonic Vegetables are cheap. Fruit, nuts, and legumes are cheap. Eggs are cheap. All those fancy health foods are great, but better to keep it simple. Simple foods are healthy and hearty, and best of all they are CHEAP. When I lived in dorms at university last year I fed myself an extremely healthy diet, high protein and five meals a day, on $35/week.

  • @supermegasonic Eating healthy is not 2 expenisve I mean al that organic stuff may be but normal veggies are fine 2 and I mean a lunch at mcdonalds msut cost at least 8 bucks so thats not realy cheap either

  • @supermegasonic buy a 50lb bag of rice for 25$ at walmart. it will last a few days.

  • david, im 19 and I leave to bootcamp in one month. I can to 14 pullups but only 56 pushups(2 minutes) I would really love to increase my pushups, but 56 seems to be my limit. any help? Ive tried weightlifting but that only seems to increase my pullups.
