The guys are Jools Holland and Chris Evans, the programme was Don't Forget Your Toothbrush, an early 90s quiz programme. This went out in early 95 just before the Go-Go's played London with Vicki Peterson of the Bangles filling in for Charlotte Caffey who was 9 months pregnant at the time.
