25 bucks? Damn, I live in Nova Scotia and the cheapest place we could find is $84, which is not really fair sine we are completely overrun with cats. SPCA and all shelters are full of cats, there are strays everywhere. If it was cheaper here, I bet we wouldnt have this problem. Most vets charge $200-$300.
