hmm that is more difficult since they have unbundled 2007 Access and now it is a separate programme.

I used 2003 - I have not got a copy of Access 2007 since they split it from the microsoft 2007 bundle.

Thanks for the comment. I reckon that Access is the most difficult of the programmes in the Office suite. If you'd like to tell me what you are trying to do and why you find it difficult and i will sort something out. Best wishes Jack
