If you want a recruiter to phone you, give them a reason!
Recruiters get to look at a lot of CVs and will react to those they can turn into a fee.
Think first screen! (don't assume it's being printed)
Highest relevant qualifications, relevant technical knowledge, experience in terms of years, sectors and customers, and major career successes
Make sure the recruiter can easily spot all the good news about you, on the first screen.
Think format and content and give Recruiters what they want.
