@TheCheeringPumas It is because they are essentially herbivores. They have a very strict vegetarian diet and have little energy because of it. So they move slow to conserve that energy. One of my other favorite animals is the slow loris. haha they are even worse but adorable. I love sloths because they are such a peaceful creature. They just want to chill and live man. gotta love it.
