just listening to this... I probably heard this years and years ago and just didn't dig it... but now I feel sorry for the band for people blaming them for the Columbine shit. I don't even watn to bring it up but I can see they were much more like a band like Nirvana just getting into their ideas of music... or like any band does. The problem is: believing and understanding. If you understand: MM killed the cat, you'll look at him bad, but he didn't. Therefore, the problem is worse.
@mojo9o me too I jammed to this MM daily back in the day..But a decade or so later I forgot how good this album was..I fell in love with Holywood for a bunch!!

Not demos, it was the album before Trent Reznor became producer and the band signed with Nothing Records. This is essentially the same songs but with different production and mixing.
I read in his book that he hated the recordings that came back from the very first recordings because they made the band sound very pop oriented and that they just didn't sound good. I don't think this is a bad recording or song. It moves a little fast and rather aimlessly, but overall I can't complain and was expecting to hear the quality of an old cassette lol!
This is such a bad ass song, they should've just released it on one of the singles as a B-Side. I think it would have complimented "Suicide Snowman" quite well on the BP2 single.
Can you download this anywhere?

I'm wondering why they decided to erase this from PoaAF tracklist...
Bragg97 2 years ago
@Bragg97
It was replaced by Wrapped in Plastic, which is a better song.

@MansonWiki Didn't Roli Mosimann from Swans produce these demos? Or did he even get far enough as to actually record any full stuff with the band?

Are there any better quality recordings?
