  • wow you really know how to knead the dough O.o !! I'm amazed, you must be a baker or something.

    1 question,

did you cook the meat before adding it to the dough, or it was raw?

    thanks :)

  • your english is very cute. this recipe looks easy and super tasty!! cant wait to try it

  • Looks like a giant burger~

  • would it be ok for deep fry instead of pan fry?, if so what temperature and how long?

  • @easy2mind

Your oil temp should be 350 degrees, after adding food the oil cools down immediatley but if you start out too low of temp food will absorb oil. If you did these about the size of saucer they should probably cook in about 5-6 mins, flipping after 2-3 mins. These look very tasty but the inside is likely a little doughy like a Chinese dumpling. I am thinking of making them but deep frying.

  • Hello, i have a question. Do you put oil on the pan and let it heat it before frying?

  • This looks very easy to make. Do you think I can fold the pancake the same way as you did when I am making green onion pancake?

    Thanks

  • we do have the same receipt in russia lol

  • we do have the same receipt in russia

  • This looks like something I can do. Your explanation was very easy to follow. Thank you for this recipe, I can't wait to try it.

  • 2:05 looks like a uncooked beef pizza lol

  • @hoex123 without the sauce and cheese... maybe

  • I am making this for a food project in my class and I am wondering--does the beef inside get cooked all of the way through or is it still a little uncooked? Thanks!

  • @msluvdmb The beef should be cooked all the way through! Thank you for watching :)

  • Did you use lean beef for the beef pancake recipe?

  • @SHANKY762003 Thank you for watching!!

I used 7% fat ground beef.

  • any other filling u can use?

  • @oKeegan Yes, you can use brown sugar as a sweet alternative, or if you want to use a salty filling, bacon, green onion, etc. will work as well. Thank you for watching!

  • These taste soooo good! My husband and I were fighting over the last piece. :)

I am thinking of making a larger batch by baking them.

How long should I put them in the oven for?

    and at what temperature?

THank you so much for this wonderful recipe!

  • @schweetheartmonkee Thank you very much! I'm very pleased to know that you and your husband have enjoyed this meal. I haven't made this recipe by baking before, so I am not sure how long it would take. I recently baked a similar dish and I had set my oven to 300 degrees and left it baking for 25 minutes. I would recommend baking these in 300 degrees for 30-35 minutes. You should keep an eye while baking as this is just a vague estimate. Good luck! If everything goes well, let me know! :)

  • may I ask how much salt you add to the 1/2 lb of beef?

I am sensitive to too much sodium in my food but I also don't want it to be tasteless!

    Thank you~

  • @schweetheartmonkee Thank you for watching! I added 1/2 teaspoon salt to the 1/2 lb of beef and a half onion.

  • It looks really good!!!

    Pam
