I smoked the Tempus at Zarka Cigar Lounge in Temecula Ca, the best Lounge in Southern CA. The Alec Bradley Tempus was the best cigar I have smoked in a very long time. When I smoked the cigar, I was not aware of the ratting, and after smoking the cigar I truly felt it was one of the best cigars I had ever had.
Definitely one the best cigars out there right now, great taste, great smoke output, great construction, really deserves the 94 rating it received.
