For a open bandpass box mount your subs as so the face are not facing in the box, woofers are not sub-woofers so don't use woofers to do a sub-woofer task. How about amps? are you feeding all those speakers of just the two outputs on your stereo? A whole pile of speakers connected to just 100W is not going to sound awsome. Your subwoofer, is it set to the proper encloser type and cubic footage required for your subs? how about the "Q" ratings of the drivers, are they set right?

Put some feet on it and flip it over after turning the subs around. Then remove that crappy port and replace it with two 4" diameter ports 12 inches long then face the ports towards a corner or wall about 6 inches away. It should pound much better. A better design would be a folded horn tuned to about 50Hz with a bandwidth of 100Hz dropping off at 3dB per decade at 150Hz. The box you have now sounds like its tuned to around 300Hz with a passband from probably 250Hz to 2-3kZ.

yeah i would strongly sugest fliping the subs over in the box stuffing the box with cotton will hepl to lower the hz and i would sugest either stuffing a 4" cilinder shape piece of like cooshon foam in the ports or removeing them and sealing it up ummm how many watts are those subs rated at?? and how many do you have going to them 1 fully powered sub is useually alot beter than 2 underpowered ones.. ya know get back with me gud luck
