This incredible performance is the only one that I have ever heard which could stand next to the historic Horowitz/Toscanini war bonds concert of 1943.The chemistry between Lang Lang and Temirkanov is electric.This concert would make a priceless DVD.

Rubinstein interprets this piece the best in my opinion, Though I love lang lang's performance on many other great classics. I'm Chinese as well.

LL is amazing. HIs technical ability is no joke at all. I've never heard anyone play this piece so amazingly before. It's hard to play like this, especially from 5:28 to 5:58.

showman, poor sense for music. This makes people watch him and not listening anymore to the music. It is the job of a pianist to transfer the beauty of the concerto to the audience. If a close my eyes, I see still lang lang hammering on the piano with his smile. Waste of time...

He truly owns this piece. No one plays it better on YouTube and I love many pianists, especially Kissin, but Lang Lang plays this incredible piano concerto the best. I'm so proud of him. He totally gets it.
