man i love to wrestle and do flips but how did you get a ring? i would love to have one. but i need some tips on how to overcome the fear of a backflip/moonsault. got any tips?

The ring is not ours, the rings were in shows I traveled to. You can order them though ... With backflipping the only thing you can do to overcome your fear is to do it .. Start in a safe location, if possible. Gymnastics gyms have foam pits precisely for that reason, a safe learning environment.. It wasnt available to me, but perhaps there is one near you

Been doing this stuff for years but I believe that as long as someone is semi physically fit, they can do everything I do. I had to learn it somehow, that means someone else can learn it too. My talent and ability is not in the slightest bit unique, so with enough practice and a little bit of luck, anyone can.

i just started flipping less then a year ago, i'm 15 now, was 14 when i started, i can 360 red star, running spiral tap, standing moon, almost moonsent stanbding, ssp off the top, and many more. if you keep trying and flip enough, it gets to a point of ease, and you start doing crazy flips just to show off...that's when you get good.

well...jumping kinda just comes, umm...work out a lot, do the flips you know how to do now and do them constantly. The more you flip the more you're using those muscles in your legs, and you eventually will jump higher without even noticing. Other then just working on jumping, the only thing that can help you get better without getting higher is just working on perfect form. look up "Jujimufu _____ Tutorial" and where the blank line is type in w/e flip you want help with (fronts, backs)

No, the OWL website was pulled off because of my indy work. I had people not booking me because they found the yard website. There will be an Avian specific website coming out as soon as I decide on a dot com address. The OWL website will eventually be brought back up, but it will be awhile.

Im not nearly the name in yarding that Andy is. And the fact that we live roughly 14 hours aparts, that kinda causes issues too. Even if I were on the same show as andy odds are he'd be wrestling someone with more of a name than myself.

That's a fun one for sure... Worst for me is nothing really. A few times Ive had my lip busted open or something like that, but that's it. When it comes to actual injuries that is. Thought my nose was broken once, though.

Only minor things really. Worst thing ever was Cory pulling a tendon in his leg. Sean (Twitch) has had some minor stuff that a single trip to the chiropractor and he was fine. He landed wrong and pulled something out of place, though I dont remember what.

We've had our issues, we're kinda on the down right now, but im moving the base indoors for winter atleast so that should help out. We all have our ups and downs. Colder it gets the less people want to wrestle usually, and when it's too hot it's hard for people to.
