Maybe the policy right now is to include EVERYONE who wants to be so at least they don't resort to violoence. Far from perfect but for Afghanistan - a step forward. There needs to be more focus on providing education to the children - if that is being over-looked by the US, well then they have their head up their collective ASS and it will all amount to an even bigger pile of nothing.
