I'm a big Kobe guy but even i know from watching all of these games growing up that mike is the godfather .. People really wanna forget he was the best ..
His strength, stamina and pure fundamental genius alone would have made him the greatest. But then you add in the awesome athletic gifts he possessed with the unparalleled improvisational ability and you have the greatest basketball player ever. Absolutely ZERO weaknesses in his game.
Roberts nor Humphries had a chance of guarding that. Total mismatch all the way around. One guy was big, but slow; and the other guy was puny and slow...lol Go MJ!
Done watching it. Great game by Bucks. Sure Jordan got fourty-six but maybe the Bulls relied too much on Jordan. You can't see from this edited video, but the Bucks played very well. They did hold their own against the Bulls. They definitely deserved to win this game. Big game by Jay Humphries.

Okay humm....I had like 20 different comments I was thinkin of posting while watching this but uh...there's just too much to say. MJ truly is unbelievable. We tend to forget how amazing he was on a DAILY BASIS. Everybody remembers his 6 rings, his shot in Bryon Russel's face, his dunk on Ewing but...vids like this (THANK YOU FOR SHARING) just show how beautiful his game was ...ALL THE TIME. Kobe fans I'm sorry....you're just insane to even think for a second that MJ could ever be no.2.
Well, in the coaches defense Alvin Robertson was guarding Jordan for most of the game. Robertson was actually one of the better perimeter defenders in NBA history, maybe top five, easily top ten. He was defensive player of the year in '86 and holds the record for most steals/game in a season.
And notice how much that bothered Jordan...not at all. It just didn't matter who you put on him.
yea i didnt think hia legs were short or thin at all! like RR0849 said about the alley oop aand break away dunks! he didnt get up too easy! apart from that, how easy was it for him to score??? crazy! he is the greatest!
That block at 3:28 is unbelievable. The vertical, the hangtime, the timing to get his full hand on the ball (check out the size of his hand if you pause it lol).
This may sound kinda odd but is it just me or do MJ's legs look oddly short and skinny in this video? His upper body seems too big in proportion to his legs.
His elevation wasn't there in this game so maybe his legs were a little tired here. In both the alley oop and the breakaway dunk his jump seemed "forced" which is very unlike him.
Great game with some great highlights! Thanks jxn!
i agree. i think the combination of the 2nd championship in a row (playing till june 2 straight years), the tournament of the americas and then the olympics took a toll on MJ's body. That's probably why we saw a different MJ in the 93 season. His moves weren't as explosive, but still way ahead of the competition in 93.
@baldheadkid . . . I agree. 91-92 was his best. The 1992 olympics may have taken something away from the 92-93 season, and then the "young" Jordan was gone by the time he came back.
The move and shot from 2:41-2:46 is so amazing that there are no words for it. I try to tell people that Jordan was the best handling SG/SF of his generation all the time. Incredibly creative and fluid with the dribble when he needed to be.
i have waited a long time to see this game...i believe there is another from that year where mike scores 44...love to see that game too if u have it...thanks!
thanks. rare upload. 1992 is the last year we'll saw "Air" Jordan attacking the basket ferociously. Once MJ turned 30 in 1993, he became the mid range player as he lost lightening quick step.
I miss Jordan, Pippen, Grant, Armstrong & Cartwright. :(

lol right who in their right mind would put Fred Roberts on Michael Jordan?!? You dont have to be K.C. Jones to figure that out.

The sneaky shot at 5:17 is amazing. He "sneaks" it up there quickly when the defense isn't prepared and has such a soft touch on it.

That jumper at 3:46 -- amazing concentration and touch while floating out of bounds.

@dzaf07 Yup that's exactly right.. but just to add to that.. whats really strange is that the hops came back in 95-96!! Michael was inhuman!!
