Vet told us to make this with a shoe box to limit the quantity of food our fat cat eats. It did work. You can make this easily with cardboard shoe box or plastic board and silicone glue.

It depends on the cats - I would probably go with the da birds - although maybe 2 da birds and 2 da bird fur funs - mine really love those.
