This is just my opinion but I think you should have picked something to replace the movie Grotesque, you may think differently, that's fine but I watched that movie and it's not good at all, lame plot and as for the gore, it's just way too over-the-top. A really good Asian slasher is Bloody Reunion.

As for 'Grotesque', I know there wasn't anything in-depth about it - the ppl behind it didn't really contribute any full plot/storyline to the movie. They wanted to show nothing but the gore and sadistic acts. They succeeded in making one of their viewers (me) feel really uncomfortable & horrified...hence why it's in my video.

Anyway, this movie was not really a remake - It was actually a parallel sequel (or a regular sequel, idk) to the first film and the ppl behind the original movie allowed the Japanese team to do it....I think.
