I first was red glow on blue, then blue dissapered and broke my consentration xD after trying once more both red and blue dissapered for one second, THEN after trying again it was only a black dot,and that to did break my consentration :I tried again, got to the black dot and hold that consentration for 10 secounds :)

is what we're really doing learning how to see with out third eye independently? that's what it seems like to me. somehow It's like I can control my peripheral vision now... while I'm looking at the black dot at least. I can also kind of control the white dot... I just look at one half of it and it slowly moves in that direction. It kind of makes a bridge between itself and the black dot, too.

Anyway, I can't get it to work on other things, but now whenever I look at the black dot, a bright white color encircles it, (it has a point that spins around it) and whichever direction the point is facing, the turquoise edge on the red circle thing goes in the same direction. Strangely I haven't seen any difference in the turquoise one though... except when I was starting out, the blue circle would disappear...

This is not a valid way to train yourself to see auras. This illusion makes the viewer actually not focussing at all when viewing the image, and when the brain is not focusing on refreshing that image for you, your eyes "trick" you. Research has shown that our eyes can't see objects when not in motion, but because our eyes are at a constant motion, our brain makes up for that. This explains why that black dot may disappear. I don't mean to bash on auras, because I can see them and this has not
