There's a possibility, but it's been stated that the walls are sealed to other dimensions and parallel worlds. So, if David Tennant did come back, I'd say it would be for a "The Two Doctors" special or something like they have done in the past.

I love how they all lean back a bit at the same time...definitely not expecting that question, I see! Probably also means it hadn't been thought of and therefore we're not gonna see 10.5 before Tennant goes :(
