@bluez3ooo what brush are you using it is best with a 1 inch brush if youve thinned the paint it should stick to the dark colour but if you continue to tap in the same area it will mush together.
if you let the dark dry just slightly it will be easier for you to do ut then you need to be carefull not to loose all the dark as you need the contrast
hi mate its good to here from you you can achieve some really affective illusions with but the approach is different i will do a demo soon so you can see take care
Yep, looking forward to an acrylic approach to your themes to see where one can overcome some of the hurdles of using fast-drying acrylics, (i know about retarders).
I enjoyed a lot with your technique with bushes and trees very much
i have been working with this paint for 2 days ,mine is not perfect as yours but i am trying

Bob always said that it's impossible to achieve the same results in acrylics but surely you've given it a try.
It would be interesting to see if you've come close to a similar result given your artistic skills.
And remember, never UNDERESTIMATE your contribution to artists here online; you're a good bloke!

Welcome back; hoprfully to good health. Many of us have beaten the 'big C' brother and you will too.
I wonder whether the turps etc. affect us all adversely?
Ok so you love the Bob Ross style but now show us some of your past efforts with acrylics when you've time.
