  • isnt it called the poolhouse?

  • i now but it was salt water but it was huge

  • It is right next to the San Francisco Zoo. The whole time it was open it was the biggest swiming pool in the world. To bad it is gone

  • I used to swim there when I was a kid. It is hard to look at it now. At least there is something left. The pool was 1,000 feet long and 150 feet wide. It held 6,500,000 gallons of seawater. it opened in 1925 and closed in 1971

  • How did you get in there?

  • Saw this video last October and after DAYS of searching, found it again... I love it, SO MUCH!!! I got my HV40 this week, AND I'm going to San Francisco this July, ALL the way from Kansas.

  • @AnAbstractMind Awesome, thanks so much. Have fun on your trip!

  • Where Is This At??

  • Fleishacker Pool in San Francisco.

  • Rite On

  • Just great Eric Tsutomu! I like the color grading a lot. Your Tokyo video made me think twice about the potential of the HV30, same with this video. Do you use any external plug-in for color correction?

What's the specs for your wide angle lens?

I'm curious! Again, great video 5*.

  • Thanks so much, I love this kind of feedback. The HV30 really does have a lot of potential, if you utilize it correctly. As for color grading goes, I use 'Color' by Apple, which comes with the Final Cut Studio bundle. My wide angle lens, is the 'Raynox DCR-6600'. Thanks again.
