I've recently bought a Pearl Vision VMX in silver sparkle. Really nice kit. I am having trouble tuning it though. Would anyone mind taking a look at any of my videos and offer some advice on how I should tune it a bit different? I have changed the skins to some expensive ones but still sounds a bit dull and boring.

@timeegee i use a muffling system by remo that goes under the drum heads and that helps give them a good tone

@IcanDRAW33 I prefer the maple sound...anyway Pearl is excellent on the first class drums, if you look for economic or mid level drums you should look to mapex or gretsch...

@nazzare79 mapex saturn/sonor force 3007/pdp 7....these are the best drums for their price...I suggest to choose from these three kits...

@nazzare79 But you know it depends because i play a lot of genres and i have noticed that Pearl best fits this kind of playing and for some reason i don't like Mapex drums, i like their snare drums but its drums not. Besides, Pearl's finishes are stunning and delightful.

Geiles Set :) aber ist dies nicht Red Sparkle und nicht Vintage Wine..sieht ein wenig rötlicher aus als Vintage Wine..
