It's not bad when they sound different from the Originales.Far from it since Belle's Original voice is just awful-there are much better dubbings for her.
Disney foreign dubbings teached me that the original versions aren't the best always ;) but the Albanian voices didn't made me "omggg so pretty" effect on me XD;;;
But I think there are only few Disneys or even songs where I would say that English is the best.I hate a lot of the female voices in English(esp. Ariel,Belle and Aurora)
To me the best Disney dubbings are in German,French,Scandinavia(all 5 normally) and often Dutch and Italian

About German dubbing, it's strange to explain..but sometimes I LOVE them, and sometimes I hate them O_O but I never feel "neutral" about them o__o For example, the Circle of Life in German is breathtaking,or German Marie in Aristocat is to die for ^O^ but when I listen to Sound the Bugle, I'm always "why does the singer makes so much "pop" effect with his voice ?" @_@ hopefully in 90% of the time, I love them , and prefer to watch in German than French ^^
hmm..actually I only remember the Austrian dubbing of TLM which was very good :) And the voice of Belle in German (Wera something ?^^' ) is really awesome!!

The girl playing Ariel in the Austrian dub was also the German singng voice of Mulan btw
Belle's German voice is Jana Werner(th only animation where she did speaking and voice).She also dubbed the singing voices of Odette(Swan princess),Thumbelina,Ariel(series),Anastasia and she was Chrstine in the Pantom of the Opera(2004 movie).
