they collect your member name by browsing the videos with a lot of comments. Then they copy paste your member name to their email list. Part of this is Youtube's fault. they make it far too easy for members to create new screen names and delete old ones.

I would guess theat they are using bot programms to accomplish 4000 views in 3 hours. Rember a "view" on a videos stats, only meand they loaded the page, not tey actuly watched the video. These bots are incredibly easy to write if you know what you are doing, so they just leave it to spider from the youTube homepage, and add comments to any video they come across.

Collecting views? I'm not sure but I would have to think that they use bots to sort thru tags and if your on their list due to one word (tag) you get spammed. I get the usual spam from porn sites, 10-20 daily. Seems reporting them is futile... one account dies, three others get created in it's place.
