hell i seen a truck doing a wheelie well acctually i didnt see it i did it i put a 93 mack in the wrong gear reved the engine snaped the clutch out and i jumped into the air and drove like that then the damn thing stalled i was pissed but it was fun
The chassis will always try to balance over the frontmost rear axle, pushing down any part rear of that. Some trucks wheelie at 2 tonnes before the legal max load, others not until 6 tonne over that limit. It's all about overhang and counterweight.
But cool anyway, even funnier to be in the cabin controlling it :o)
I'm a truck driver, I've been hauling rolloffs for 10 years. I've been higher than that, and I've had those that didn't lift when I wanted them to (the last is on my channel).
I´ve been higher than that too in an actual wheelie, was going up a snowy hill with the rear axle lifted up. When the hill ended I kept on going untill the rear axle got to the end of the hill aswell. I wasn´t prepared to it so I couldn´t film it. Neither did I want to go down that hill again..

3-axled trucks do this all the time.
The longer overhang, the better chance.
