Yes both fascists and those that have proclaimed to be commies in history, have in fact been oppressive,authoritarian, totalitarian,anti-individualis­t,anti-libertarian etc. I was mostly referring to fascism and communism being total polar opposites on the political scale, especially on the economic level. The bus which was seized and impounded was the home of U.S. citizen plus their chickens (speaking of hens-I miss my chickens. Hers look like the breed I had - Brahmas. They've got feathers on their feet. The Brahma chicken is a peaceful, even-tempered breed though not prolific layers).

Seizing this bus of anti-war activists is indeed an abuse of power. It's wasting resources which could be utilized to target "real" threats to national security.
