We have not succeeded in imposing a constitution and government on Iraq. Staying the course won't improve that situation. High cost, no return.

Basing some forces in the Kurdish provinces, though, might be a good move all around.

I disagree with this foreign policy. "Fighting on the right battle fields instead of the wrong battlefields?" How about not fighting on any battlefields and address the route problem: American imperialism and greed.
