  • guys does this seem like a good workout? 1 minute of alternating curls directly into another straight minute of hammer curls rest while setting up for concentration curls ( go to failure on each arms) then 10-15 reps of standing presses, 30 second rest Pushups till failure, for me around (65) dumbell press till failure 30 second rest dumbell flys again pushups till failure just to feel good about myself :p tell me what u think

    he has tiny arms? just because he isnt a beefed competition lifter doesn't meen hes small he has good sized arms for the job.

  • @ballyvolanevids dude, you don't need big muscles in order to be strong. i've met guys with smaller arms than this guy's, but still surprisingly strong.

  • what is the difference betwen dumbell curl and cable curl?

  • Go up farther when doing the cable bicep curls. I know your reasoning for not going up all the way on the others was that you wanted to keep the tension on your bicep. I dont agree with that, but reguardless; it should not apply to the cable curls because since its a cable, the tension is always there. You should be getting a full range of motion on those.

  • my chest is not growing im doing 4-5 sets rep is 12, 10, 8, 6,. my partner is on lightweights with 3 sets rep range 50, 70, 80 ,hes chest is bigger and bulkier than mine

  • Aren't dips one of the best triceps workouts because they're compound? If you could answer be, that'd be great because I usually start my workouts without compound movements and end with isolate movements.

  • @gtrshreder do you mean you start WITH compound? cuz thats a good idea. you want your free muscles to put the most energy to the main big, best movments. but before you even start your workout warming up makes a big difference. and yes, i agree dips are great for triceps. but i think in this video he wanted to keep it to 3 excersies so throwing in the dips is a good idea if your more hardcore. or replace the bench press with dips.

  • Great intensity and workout! I personally have split my arm workouts so i got shoulders + triceps + abs on one day and chest + bicep + abs (i do abs only on these two) on another. Thoughts on that? Now i got skullcrusher, one arm pushdown & one arm DB extentions on triceps, so i probably change the dumbell extentions to close grip bench since i already got extentions on barbel (skullcrusher) On biceps i have incline, preacher & hammer curl... Probably gonna do those seated hammer curls.

  • @fahimmuchi Well it's better to do 2 to 3 sets of 8 to 12. But it depends what your goal is.

  • @moricestreet909 I actually don't have a heavy weight dumbbell in my house,its only 2.5 kg/5.5 lbs each so i do seated bicep curl about 15-20 reps with 3 sets,overhead one hand each tricep about 2 sets with same reps.Is it okay to do the last set up to failure? and after each set how much time i should give a break?

  • @moricestreet909 i love how u said arms is like an award . same with me i always look forward to friday r saturday to get a big pump :D do u think i could hit bis after back also just to give it more cus my bis are my worst bodypart. i dnt see point in training tris twice as they get heavily hit by chest and shoulders already :)
