That piece actually came with the barrels. There are two holes in the top of each barrel - and there should be male-threaded cover/stopper. So this was a piece that came with the barrel - and I simply ensured it was completely tight so water wouldn't get through it when turning the barrels upside down on the platform.
great job, I was wondering what exact male part you screwed into the threaded hole of the barrel?
