2.If your warranty is still up, seek out your local apple store provider to get a replacement. Bonus 1: If your

iPod has showed a white screen it definitively has a screen error, This could be cause by multiple

things:excessive pressing,water damage, and may have been dropped or tampered with

out your knowledge.

Bonus 2:Get A iPod Screen Protector He protects your screen from getting damaged.

my ipod nano has the white screen of death, resetting, rebooting will not fix it. It still plays music, apple wants almost the price of a new one to fix mine. Before i buy another one i'll try Microsoft's Zune first.

@crix20smiles No it doesn't mean it is broken, I can only think of 3 things that might have happen. 1.Your screen has a circuit short in it. 2.Your iPod version is not exactly the one in the video. 3.Your iPod has either been damaged by water,dropped or have been hacked.Contact your local apple store provider. Bonus 1: It might have been tampered without your attention. Bonus 2: If is continually beeps 3 times it definitely has a virus error. Your best bet Is to see if your warranty It still up.

If it doesn't work hold it until it turn back on then off ... Then it will turn on again... Mines been broken for a year and I just fixed it today by holding it for 20 seconds or so

@mieyjuayumi1 Basically If it showed a white screen after you charge it,the charger is not compatible with the ipod.

Try getting a new usb charger for your ipod, also if the charger you bought might have a short in it.Once you buy a new charger and i t still doesn't work, It's prolly your ipod, Send it in to apple for repair.What other brand are you talking about, Please be specific, There are alot of brands for mp3 players.
