@FastBrian1 I don't mess with 'em, and I don't do anything to get them to mess with me. The Pentagon was hit at the point farthest from the military leadership (NMCC etc),in a section mostly empty (4 of 5 normally there weren't),in the only section with fire sprinklers and the only one with walls reinforced with a web of steel & kevlar designed to withstand bomb blasts & contain debris. It was struck perfectly to contain wreckage within the building & minimize penetration. This is evidence 911=inside job.911 doubled defense spending & allowed us to invade the Middle East.Inside job!
If more people would exercise their 2nd amendment rights and stand up for themselves, and defend themselves, we would only need cops to direct Christmas traffic at the mall, and to take reports. Fewer cops means fewer bad cops. Go get a gun, and get licensed to carry it. Do us all the favor.

Its called acting under color of law...It was a civil matter, if the officers had a question of who owned the land there should have been a complaining party to clariify whether or not he owned the land. Bottom line is the officer used his position to enforce a civil matter that he had no business being involved in. Betcha the Officer and Agency got their asses sued off for this Officers ignorance.
The cop probably heard that the man was hunting... which means he would have a gun and the cop was just doing his job to ensure the safety of himself and the workers. I can understand why he had a taser and told the man to get down, but the police should of looked into the land owner after he arrested the man to see if he really did own the land.
@EwwwDontTouchMe "police should of looked into the land owner after he arrested" WTF, is wrong with you! Guilty until proven innocent seems logical to you. It's time to defend our personal property rights, which is the foundation of all human rights. The man was hunting on his own property (not a crime), with a gun (not a crime), noticed trespassers and told them to leave, cop shows up at the request of the trespasser and arrests the property owner. Don't dial 911, use .357!
Technically, the oil company guys were trespassing. I'd be on the phone with every lawyer to find one to take my case. False arrest, entry onto private property without a warrant, excessive force... You know, WE ARE the PEOPLE, and we are therefore the nation. All we have to do, is stand together every time this happens, and we could have our country back. It's that simple.
you should have killed the leo and been exonerated for self defense manslaughter. how were you to know that was not somebody impersonating a leo, to get close enough to kill you for your property.
It's a means to an end. This guy will go to court and spend his own money to fight the Partners. When he wins, the Partners will find another way to tie this guy up in court, spending his own money again. The Partners know they will loose in court but they will outlast the landowner who will eventually go bankrupt and loose the land to the Partners. The corrupt who helped facilitate this will receive their small stipends and the Partners will sell off the land they don't use to the vultures.
ummm yea sad thing is i have work for that pipeline company and many others as a weld mistakes on both sides happen all the time i was aressted for the same thing bc an old land owner call for the new one and it had to pay all these fing fines but finaly was repaid everything after it all was over and said with but this cop a straight up dick
YET another reason why RESPONSIBLE, REASONABLE, RATIONAL and MATURE people need to carry firearms. If he had the chance, and I know this is real life, not a movie, he should have disarmed the "officer" at gunpoint, handcuffed him to his own car then called the police to come and arrest the "officer" for threatening to assault him with the taser. He may have needed to use DEADLY FORCE against the "officer" to protect himself on his land.
@WirlWind494 WILLING to bet that if you show that you are armed and are intent on using to protect yourself on your own land, the jerkoff cop with the taser will readily drop his taser. At that point possibly remove the "cops" firearm and handcuff him with his own handcuffs and call in a DIFFERENT police agency to come to your aid with the CRIMINAL who was bent on assaulting and restraining you on your own property. Just day dreaming....
@VoodooPolitico Eh, it might happen. I'm not an American, but an outside observer (Australian) so I was just going based off my limited experience.
And yeah, the cop would probably go for his sidearm if he saw you were armed and I think you'd be justified in shooting him if he was, though knowing the corruption over there (and anywhere, really), it wouldn't surprise me if they executed the cop killer.
@4skoolin2learn0 never, cause they would just taser everyone and then arrest everyone. you cant do shit in this country anymore, i cant even enjoy a blunt of dro on my back porch because its somehow committing a crime
@mademan4u2c Is their ever a reason to arrest a man on his own property? Are you serious with your question "said he was not leaving when the cop came?" Its his property he does not have to leave, as a matter of FACT the officer HAS to leave if he is so told to. The cop is the real trespasser here and so are the workers. The day the GOVT tells you what to do with the property is the day you don't own it anymore. Ownership is decided by who controls the property not who paid for it.
This is bull crap video, no details why he was cuffed, did he break balls and said he was not leaving when the cop came? or what..? the media is never any good and always portray false images every single time, I never take the media at their word because they make a big deal out of the dumbest things...
I hope everyone realizes who all the laws are written for and who they are against. If you are a corporation you have all the power and it's backed up by law enforcement officers. Officers who are paid by citizens. So we pay to have laws that are written against us and also pay to have those laws enforced for others benefit. Man are we getting screwed.
When government officials always take the side of companies and corporations because they have money and power and mistreat honest citizens on their property that is corruption and greed and very crooked. Plain and simple.
For all of you who think you know what you're talking about. Here's a little tidbit. The energy crew was on the Right Of Way. The Right of Way is where the pipeline is, and where it runs. It is owned by the energy or pipeline company. It doesn't matter if the pipeline runs right through your backyard, that is not your property. It is owned by the company, and they can access it at anytime.
@93pierson Maybe you didn't listen to the video. There is a 1949 easement which requires the energy company to pay these people. The energy company isn't paying so therefore they have no right to be there. The energy company now says they won't pay unless the easement is changed; which the actual owners of the land don't to change.
Humm why was the crew there? If the deed granted them an easement for the pipe, they also have an easement to repair the pipe without interference. NOW if the landowner can document additional pipe being laid then the land owner can document the fact, and take appropriate civil actions and receive a judgment. Simple easy and profitable.
@plaugewolf Actually, no. The Constitution says it is the supreme law of the land, overriding all state laws. Toss in equal protection and your argument is invalid.
Plain & simple, no new pipeline until payment made. Utility pulled workers until payment is made. Willful renegotiation of easement takes two consenting parties. If I was there, would have been in background watching everyone involved through riflescope, after all its hunting season, and no one pulls a weapon on any family member of mine, and gets away with it. Would’ve kneecapped cop from 100 yds & disappeared into the woods, don’t believe in wearing any blazed orange.
Being "free" means "free to know that a mistake on your boss' part that sent you onto someone else's property doesn't give anyone license to kill you."
@tifforo1 Where have I heard this rehtoric before, Oh that's right, The Death Camp soldiers who said, But I was just following orders to exterminate 6 million innocent lives. If you follow an illegal order, your just as guilty.
The corrupt cop clearly committed false arrest. That's one charge you can presentto the grand jury. Did the cop take you directly to a magistrate, as the law requires, so the magistrate could determine if arrest was neccessary? Probably not. I'm guessing the cop took you straight to jail for booking and incarceration as if you were already guilty. When the cop did that, he changed an arrest into an aggravated kidnapping. Present those charges directly to a grand jury.
@schlubber215: The law does NOT require the officer take him directly to a magistrate. The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled the Constitution to mean he must be taken to a magistrate "as soon as possible" and in any case no longer than 48 hours, to determine if probable cause exists to file charges.
@DavidForthoffer Texas Code of Criminal Procedure - Article 15.17. "taken without unnecessary delay" "no later than 48 hours" This means as immediately as possible. THIS IS LAW!!! Every state has laws just like it. Took me 2 seconds to find just one example. You're an idiot, Forthhoffer. I'll never respond to you again. I'm done talking with worthless slaves to government power.
@schlubber215 You almost always get booked in and have to wait the next day to see if you really did it... So many crimes are committed it is unrealistic to get in front of one the second you arrive....
@Caleb12top What you must do is file aggravated kidnappingcharges with the state police and present those criminal charges directly to your grand jury.
@schlubber215 Then you should personally sue the cop for aggravated kidnapping. If this happened to me, I would also effect the permanent retirement of the judge who issued the order.
I believe that presenting criminal charges against govt goons directly to the grand jury is the best way to hit back hard at govt criminality. We have the right to present charges, so why don't we? I don't think that police would be so willing to violate the rights of citizens if they were dragged before a grand jury every time they violated the law and our rights.

Because staying on someone's land to fix an energy pipeline is a capital offense in the same way as sending people to their deaths.

@ritmotraveler Damn right. As soon as the Police State is in FULL effect I am going to be taking them out...

@DavidForthoffer Do you truly believe that I'm going to take seriously the nonsensical legal opinions of a lowlife government worshipper like you?
schlubber215 6 months ago
@DavidForthoffer Texas Code of Criminal Procedure - Article 15.17. "taken without unnecessary delay" "no later than 48 hours" This means as immediately as possible. THIS IS LAW!!! Every state has laws just like it. Took me 2 seconds to find just one example. You're an idiot, Forthhoffer. I'll never respond to you again. I'm done talking with worthless slaves to government power.

@schlubber215: I'm pro-law, not pro-government.
What is your POINT about quoting TEXAS law concerning trespassing in MINNESOTA???
DavidForthoffer 6 months ago
@schlubber215 You almost always get booked in and have to wait the next day to see if you really did it... So many crimes are committed it is unrealistic to get in front of one the second you arrive....
Caleb12top 2 months ago
@Caleb12top What you must do is file aggravated kidnappingcharges with the state police and present those criminal charges directly to your grand jury.
schlubber215 2 months ago
@schlubber215 Then you should personally sue the cop for aggravated kidnapping. If this happened to me, I would also effect the permanent retirement of the judge who issued the order.
schlubber215 2 months ago
@schlubber215 Ohh ya this was not right what happened. This guy will probable get lots of money.

I am disgusted and horrified but not surprised. Cops are criminals for the most part and as such will willingly take mini-dollars from the Ruling Zio-Stalinist elite rather than protect our Rights. This is Terrorism by the state. I hope the poor man sues the pigs and other trespassers for violation of his Rights and Freedoms!
