@carbardar Third installment has been filmed; I just have to edit it. Right, insulation can get pricey. Just about anything will do as long as you have something against the van wall to deflect cold and heat, then an air space between that barrier and your inside wall/barrier.
I like the color! I'm curious what truck those bull bars were originally made for? I'd like to do the same.

when is the 3rd installment coming?
I was thinking about converting a small van and and for insulation using insulation foam and covering that with ply and carpet?
does this sound sensible to you?
(am working on a rather tight budget)
