Asuka actually hates Shinji, she knows that he only wants to be with her so that HE isnt alone not because he cares about her. Also she didn't stay alive she was just crucified by the Angels at the same time as Shinji in the end of evangelion. This gave her greater knowledge of herself and allowed her to return to her body faster than the rest of the world (anybody who knows their form well enough could come back to life)

She only survived everything because of Kaji and because she was put into the pilot program directly after her mother committed suicide (her mother's soul is the one bound to Evangelion 02) She hates Shinji because she knows that he only wants to be with her so that HE isnt alone not because he cares for her.

5 stars, except for 1:48-1:52 - it doesnt fit to anything about this song.
