she needs to explain to him that it was a mistake on her behalf, if he loves her he'll back off. but if he persists than she needs to alert someone like a relative so that his photo is erased and the matter can be dealt with.

Thats something my bf asked of me once and I let him know right from the get go i wasn't cool with it and he was ok with it and hasn't asked since but If my bf kept asking he obviously doesn't respect my decision that I said no and I would kick him to the curb but thats just me, I hope this helps
