Someone like Laraque or Boogaard would absolutely crush him. Yes, he does shield his face, but the main reason he did was because he was stunned from the haymaker by Stortini. "Pound for pound" means if you match his weight with any fighter in the league he would get the decision since he already has some of the best skill set out of any fighter in the NHL....of course somebody like Boogard would beat him. Not only do they have the skill but they also have the size. Yes it makes him one of the best fighters since he has already won against the likes of Hal Gill, Boris Valabrik, Stortini(he still is a heavy weight), and Mike Commidore(he didn't win but fought well)
