I'm glad that you like it. Yes, they're from KZ, but not that popular yet. Normally "Ergar" has just two members: Darhan Tulebaev and Azamat Suleimenov. But in this video there is an another musician whose name is Shamsi. That's all i know this far, hope i could help you a little. ;)
