in australia we use the late 70's HJ HX HZ front end and diff assembly to do the same, amcars

It was made out of an 80's Monte Carlo

We still have it around.. (it is our backup car now) But we make cars too.. so if you want a race car let me now. Just be warned it takes some "coin" and when your low dollar like us

it takes a lot of sacrifice to do it!

good to hear that. i was thinking about building my own in a few years when i move up from ministock. i love building them me and my dad have built 4 minis. but i dont know if we could build a modified that would keep up with a bms you know what i mean because they have built a few more cars and do testing and stuff.

the used sheet metal was donated by a fellow

racer(we were real low budget when we started).

it is best to find a supplier localy that deals in sheet aluminum... since it's a pain to ship.

as for the ford 9" housing it's stock with after market hubs and axles...

google search JR MOTOR SPORTS OR LANE AUTOMOTOVE to get a catalog.
