i love those snails! in my hometown we cook it with coconut sauce as well but the end result is yellowish?? i think it's the turmeric...i would eat more of them if it wasnt such a hassle lol! but of course now it's practically impossible to find where i'm at >.<;;

@srainy I feel your pain. The few Asian markets near my place only carry it once in awhile. So when I saw the little suckers (no pun intended =D ), I knew I have to buy them and make a tutorial to share with the people on YouTube.

@secundadonna Snails come in many sizes and the big ones are so easy to eat. It's a shame that there is no market near where I live that have them.
