I'm amazed Phil Collins listened to Zappa. To follow his Motown covers album, I think he should get to work on versions of Willie The Pimp, Echidna's Arf and Carolina Hardcore Ecstasy straight away.
@senna01 - haha, while I totally agree that Chad missed out (and I can't believe that I'm sticking up for one of my least favorite of Zappa's drummers), he might mean that the riff then repeats, or goes "back up again" or basically back to the top in other words
It's like hell trying to watch this precious stuff with this thing stopping and buffering every five seconds (literally). OK, enough whining. This is fantastic, and I'm so glad they did this.
The joy of drumming in 8 seconds from 0:39 to 0:47. All of them smiling, Chester starts singing the fill in, Ruth moves her feet while dueting with Chad....so simple so unresistable. Dada dada dada dadadada dada dada dadadadadada. Thanks for this marvellous contribution.
They also played it on live versions of Duke's End. Check the video titled "Genesis - Duke's Travels & Duke's End (Live At The Lyceum - London - 1980)" on youtube at 7:57 for that fill in a much faster form.
OMG, funnnnnEEEEEEE!

I'm not even a drummer or percussionist, but this stuff is awesome.
Forgive me in advance for posting this on the other YouTube videos of this, but this stuff is just awesome.
