  • nice tribute

  • The Lusitania was a legitimate target,it was carrying munitions and senior military personnel. Also there had been occassions when a ship when encountering a German U boat had pretended to surrender then rammed the sub when it surfaced.

  • why sank the lusitania so fast

  • Unlike the Titanic, they got more than enough boats actually, however, just not enough time...

  • all the Brothers movies like Titanic terminama? with the ship's captain died in his cabin?

  • KILL HITLER!

  • bottom line nazis are really stupid

  • FUCK THE NAZIS!!!! for them sinking that ship. Seesh those people didnt even do anything wrong o_o good thing the U.S. and other countrys destroyed the Nazis!!

  • @POTCMarc101 @thedanielalan1 @cortieflash Hitler? Nazis? Nazi Germany? Come on and read history! RMS Lusitania was sank in 1915 during WW1! Nazis were in power during WW2 1939-45 almos 30 years after sink of Lusitania!

  • dumb germans .

  • @thedanielalan1 i know!!! why the heck did they have to sink the lustiana?!

  • The 'Lucy' went down because people like Winston Churchill, in charge of Naval Operations then, thought that by mislabeling cargo on the manifests as Civilian rather than Military he could maintain a steady stream of guns and ammo reaching the UK using passenger liners that would have been off-limits. He had also authorised British ships to re-flag with the Stars and Stripes for purposes of deception. The Germans, tired of subterfuges, announced they would sink'em all, let God sort it out.

  • Goes to show the brutality of war, and the change in times...... during the first world war, the sinking of a passenger liner during war was monsterous, and the Lusitania's Captain went down with his ship. During the second world war, the German passanger liner Wilhelm Gustloff was sunk- her Captain and two navel Admiral on board fled the ship. Didn't know anything about it until a discovery documentary on maratime disasters

  • q triste...

  • that ship sunk in just minutes because of the torpedo impact. stupid germans. america had to stop them twice from their determination to rule the world.

  • oh my gosh...0:34 looks like a mini Jack Dawson (main male character from Titanic)

  • i think it is cool how you made it but for the people onbored rest in peace on the lusitania

  • Rest in peace to all those aboard the Lusitania.

  • dronabo oww

  • dronabo slash

  • dronabo

  • The girl at 1:20 goes right back to eating her desert.

  • Humans are the dumbest animalis

  • @mrpw18 no. All animals participate in "wars"; we are not the only ones. It just so happens that this attack was focused on a single group of individuals, hence the extreme loss of life. War is the result of our primal instinct to expand the communities to which we belong, and this instinct is found in all animals. We are no different from animals, but we are smarter, which is the only reason why we've perfected the art of "expansion".

  • @trollolololololo you sir are a smart man

  • this is sad why did they torpedo it and what are those at 3;33

  • @MultiDollar1234 The Lusitania was torpedoed because Germany considered military and civillian targets hostile. The Lusitania was carrying ammonutions, which exploded during the torpedoing, causing the second explosion. It was part of the war effort, so Germany went to town on the Lusitania.

At 3:33, no idea. Gloves, belt, some sort of clothing?

  • this is sad why did those germens torpedo it

  • @MultiDollar1234 Cuz they waged total war. Kill everything. The bitches.

  • this is sad why did those germens torpeto it

  • this is sad

  • @thetruekingofnorway Yes well, the Lusitania was not a United States liner. It was a British liner, all people who boarded this ship could have boarded the one the departed 30 minutes after. Which was indeed an American liner. They were all warned as well. They didn't want to give up their luxury on the Lusitania and go on the New York liner.

  • Lusitania sank in 18 minutes because it was made by 'Cunard' Ha! they totally suck.

  • let never again coultured nations endulge in this and only-A Trophy war-let it be the last for the future is ours as the hyme-tells NEARE MY GOD TO THEE. And not alone.

  • Murdering Nazi Germany at it's finest!

  • @cortieflash I understand your sentiment, but Nazi Germany didn't come about until ten to fifteen years later

  • Is This A Movie.?

    If So.

    What Is The Title.?

  • even though lusitania isnt as sad and as beautiful as the titanic, it was STILL SO EPIC!! WHYD THE GERMANS GOTTA SINK IT?! WHY CANT ICEBERGS NOT MURDER SHIPS?! WWWHHHHHYYYYYYY

  • HEY! GIRL AT 1:21! LEAVE THE DINING ROOM RIGHT NOW!! You know the ship is about to sink, don't you?

  • The song goes nice with it Nearer my God to thee amen

  • This song is not suitable for this stuff awful

  • @TheCrazy443 And why is that?

  • @thetruekingofnorway I think there should be more drums and stuff such as "Sleeping Sun - Nightwish

  • @TheCrazy443 Oh, okay, so it's just musical selection. I thought you had a moral issue with it.

  • @TheCrazy443 ye more action when ppl dying what? would be much cooler right??

  • @Th3PiloT1995 yes..

  • @TheCrazy443 stupidass gtfo D:<

  • @TheCrazy443 I think your fucking stupid..

  • @danlitsfu why... i'm just saying what i think.. i think you is fucking stupid!

  • @thetruekingofnorway the torpedo scene didn't really capture the same emotion as the song does but the rest does fit decently

  • @TheCrazy443 fuck u dude

  • @segerfan i love the song but this is so... horrible thing but it would be good if he had a little noise too and not just the music just little

  • @TheCrazy443 this is a suitable song for this you good for nothing prick.

  • Am i right in my assumption that in this rendition the captain goes down with his ship?

Like some of the conspiracy theorists with their theories on what or may not have happened leading up to the sinking of the Lusitania, this Drama has already portrayed its flaws by suggesting that he did so, when in fact he did not,but had he stayed on the bridge as this drama suggests, then iv no doubth he certainly would have and that escape would have been an impossibility!

  • i feel so guilty about this

  • the least that German sub could have helped and not have just watch the whole thing go down i don't think they knew the ship will sink that fast.

  • if i was onboard and we sank at night in cold water id die cause of me=frozen

  • this is just like the titanic except

    1. the ship didnt break in half

2.i think more people died and by the look of it no boats got out

3.it was in the day time

    4. thank for uploading!!

  • Whats wrong with that U-Boat's top at the begining

  • @Nautilus1972 Bottom line is this: when a nation wants to go to war, it usually doesn't wait for an excuse. Often times, the excuse is already there. This is an historical imperative. But I must half less than half a brain, cuz I can't believe that the US, or any nation for that matter, would wait for the annihilation of its entire Pacific fleet before it declares war - can't do much fighting overseas w/o your ships. If the US wanted to fight, it wouldn't have waited for Pearl, or the Lusitania.

  • @Nautilus1972 you are missunderestimating Japans admirals skills. They generally belived a near lossless attack impossible. Most officers thought they would die in the attack, that is why the japanese were so emboldended by Pearl harbour.

  • @Nautilus1972, you conspiracy theorists are all the same, I bet you believe 9/11 was an inside job too. I would laugh, but its too pathetic. We know from the passenger accounts that they were attacked by a submarine, and we have the captain Schwieger's log stating he fired upon the ship. There is however, no evidence that this was an inside job.

  • @Nautilus1972 im surprised why the states waited for two years after the Lusitania sunk to declare war, I think the Zimmerman telegram was what pushed the states over the edge, sometimes the Germans were stupid

  • @Nautilus1972 You fucking dumbass, they were Carriers. Carriers with long-distance bombers and fighters, attacking a target that was expecting no such attack.

And JESUS CHRIST, the Lusitania was in 1915. Pearl Harbor was 1941. Two COMPLETELY different wars.

I can't believe you'd post something so monumentally stupid.

  • @Nautilus1972 The Lusitania was sunk in 1915, the U.S. did not enter the war until 1917, I can hardly believe that the sinking was done by the allies to provoke America.

  • @Nautilus1972 There was nothing they could do if they had got the warning or even listend to it more sailors would have died miles out at sea. In retrospect Pear was a blesssing in disguies.

  • A German U-boat during war world 1,The sinking of the Lusitania was the main reason why North America was in war world 1,if you did not know.

  • @Titanic19127 one of many but yeah it's at the top along with the zimmerman telegraph

  • who sank lusitania?

  • @MRCHAKAS germany

  • @MRCHAKAS The stupid ass nazis

  • @251rocker Your thinking of the wrong war

  • @Celticswynd Whad'a mean?

  • @251rocker Nazis existed in WWII, not WWI

  • john hannah in this

  • great video

  • Lusitania was the name of the land were I live 2000 years ago. It also has a dramatic history because of Rome. If you like ancient history, search for it. Lusitania. I know little about this sinking, but I respect every life that perished in that day.

It was a very romantic era wasn't it? Every thing had it's aura. A pity that it can be destroyed so easily.

  • One of the best TV movies I have ever seen

  • @USAF95 It wasn't a TV movie, WTF? Titanic is the 2nd highest grossing movie of all-time, it's constantly referenced to in TV shows and other movies, and it stayed in theaters for like seven months, seriously? Were you even born when that movie was released? o_O

  • @Nesiroo NVM... Damn, I'm so stupid.

  • @Nesiroo Easy now. USAF95 was talking about the Lusitania footage, not the "Nearer My God To Thee" rendition from Titanic.

  • @Nesiroo

There WAS a made-for-TV Titanic movie in 1996 staring Cathrine Zita Jones. Maybe that?

  • nice

if lusitania had sunk in like 1 hour or so a movie wud have been fabulous.

  • they can stretch the truth! I want a movie!

  • we want a movie too. perhaps but a lot of controversy wud come up it sterchted.

  • Yeah, but thinking about it, they could make more of the movie about what happened before it got hit, then the character escaping or somthing.
