Hello. I'm a bit amazed that your persepective of CFS is that it's about 'blocked energy.' I'm sure you know that anyone with this viral illness knows the name of this illness is wrong. There is ZERO understanding when one hears the name of this illness (i.e. the WRONG name). They then assume it's about energy, or psychological issues. Proper research will reveal this is a devastating, life-altering viral illness. I know you mean well, but there will be millions who will disagree.
yes it does make me feel a little bit better, but I still don't get how to unblock my energy or w/e
