This mascara weighs my lashes down. However, I like how it seoarates my lashes, and it does add good volume. So, by curling my lashes after my mascara is dry, it just does a great job. To prevent clumping, I just roll the brush with my fingers while I pull them up. That's all I need :P

"The Falsies" is also great, it adds volume, but it is a little clumpy, so I need to use a lash comb after I put on my mascara, and after I culr them (once the mascara is dry)

i love this mascara its the best ive used! BUT it has a tendency to clump your lashes together( so u have to remove the excess before applying and then seperate the lashes with a clean mascara wand). and it tends to flake. but i love it so much i will put up with it loli have the one with the black lettering (limited edition) maybe the formula is diff on that than the normal colossal?

I notice you have sparse, think, short lashes, and most people do. Try using a good lash primer first, let that dry, then follow with two coats of your favorite mascara. Have you tried Loreal Voluminous mascara (the original)? It's amazing and really fattens and lengthens short, think lashes, which I have. With primer and two coats of Voluminous, I have big, luscious, think and long lashes. Love it! One of my faves!

I really really love this mascara its better than any other in my opinion it never clumped on me and it lasted all day, oh and i hated the lash blast so clumpy and hard to come off.

The only thing bad about the Colossal is that it smells horrible.

It gives me amazing definition and it's even helped to naturally darken/lengthen my lashes, but please tell me I'm not the only one who noticed the smell.

I'm not a big fan of lash blast. I also used to be in love with it, but I tried Colossal and it just makes my lashes pop so much more. The brush on lash blast has shorter bristles which makes it more difficult to grab your lashes and make them look longer. Lash blast is great if you are not going for the dramatic look.

@urHOTyup28 I have tried all of those mascaras, and I'd have to say that my favorite is the colossal. It smells WONDERFUL, (like flowers) and it adds length and volume, I get complimented on my lashes all the time when I use it. The second best I'd say would be the lashblast, first fusion, then the volume. I have also tried lashblast luxe, the glitter isn't THAT noticeable, but I think it works best for younger people, I'd stick with the normal stuff. Falsies sucks, I hate the brush.

Yes, I had this Colossal before and it works wonders.

But for all of you, and you, Can you recommend one for me or choose one between the two.

All I want is Dramatic to the Extreme Volumized Lashes. I do not care about length.

@beneathyourlove I've tried at least 60 different mascaras... In my opinion lashblast has to be one of the worse mascaras I've ever bought.  Colossal is not the best but it is 100xs better than lashblast. Lashblast is more publicity than anything.

@Mstwinckletwinckle Thank you! You are very sweet. Yes, I do have a favorite, actually a couple, but my most favorite is L'Oreal's Clean Definition Telescopic. Keep in mind that what mascara I think is best for my lashes, may not be best for your lashes. Hope that helped! :)

3:30 collagen is actually a protein responsible for your skin's elasticity (high school bio!). i honestly dont think it'll have any effect on lashes, cos hair protein is keratin. SALES GIMMICK! for a smarter gimmick maybelline might try "enhanced with keratin" next time

I'm sure everyone's lashes are different, but I think it's more that someone's lashes get damaged or break off in the removal of waterproof mascara and not because of the mascara itself. Does that make sense?
