The US isn't the only country in Afghanistan. It's insulting when people act like America is the only one fighting. 50,000 international troops are there as well. There are also 152,000 Afghan troops and 118,000 Afghan police fighting the Taliban.

When you have this many people dedicated to fighting the Taliban the problem clearly isn't a military one. The whole country of Afghanistan is a mess and is beyond help. You won't beat the Taliban until the people turn against them.
