It's worded separately with the 7, so it'd be one times seven equals seven, minus 4 equals 3, plus zero equals three (this happens twice), and lastly, the resulting 3 is multiplied by 3 to get 9. ShnShe was just using only the digits given in the likes/dislikes to end with a result of 9. You could interpret it by putting a pause between the number after the equals sign (=) and the action after it (+,-,x,/).
