  • can you describe more what you mean by "crack" with regard to cooking the milk?

  • @zalzankavol2 If you visit the website link in the description it will describe it further.

    Basic idea is to boil it untill it starts to separate and the oil from the milk splits away or "cracks" so it looks broken.
