@michael80009 LOL, because when recording obviously the amount of sound the mics pick up is incredible, so even the slightest movement is heard. She commented on one of her other videos that you need to wear 'loose' clothing so nothing rubs and makes any noise.

She doesn't only play notes.. she plays Rachmaninoff.. music isn't notes and beats.. it's what the person felt when they wrote it.. and she feels him so well.. you can actual hear the mans tear drops hit the key board!!!!

Ha! Nobody ever plays this movement unless they're playing the whole concerto. People usually just play the first movement and then do something else. It's nice to see this now on YouTube; I think it's one of the most beautiful things he wrote.

I wonder what Horowitz would have thought of Valentina if he were still alive. She is by far my favorite contemporary pianist, along with that of Stephen Hough, Evgeny Kissin, and Arcadi Volodos. I hope that one day she is truly appreciated by the music industry, as she is a pure genious with the piano.
